OEM (Standard Formula) Process

• Select one of COSMINA’s standard formulations for evaluation.

• Test the product sample and approve the formula.

• Receive an official quotation.

• Pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

• Product registration with the Thai FDA (approximately 7–10 working days).

• Select packaging, design your logo, and finalize artwork and labels.

• Packaging compatibility and stability testing (approximately 30 days).

• Manufacturing begins (approximately 21 days).

• Pay the remaining balance.

• Products are delivered to you.

ODM (Custom Formula Development) Process

• Share your product concept and development requirements, such as active ingredients, texture, performance, fragrance, or other specifications.

• Pay a formula development deposit of THB 5,000 per formula.

• Our R&D team develops your formulation. You may request 3–5 revisions, with approximately 7 days required for each formulation.

• Test and approve the final formula.

• Receive an official quotation.

• Pay a 50% deposit.

• Product registration with the Thai FDA (approximately 7–10 working days).

• Select packaging, logo, and label design.

• Packaging compatibility and stability testing (approximately 30 days).

• Production begins (approximately 30 days).

• Pay the remaining balance.

• Product delivery.

However, customers must obtain the appropriate cosmetic filling or repacking authorization and comply with all applicable Thai FDA regulations before proceeding.

Yes. Customers may supply their own raw materials for production.

All supplied materials must meet our quality requirements and be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents, including:

Yes. We can manufacture products based on your own formulation.

The formula must comply with Thai FDA cosmetic regulations and include a complete ingredient composition with clearly specified percentages or ratios.

Our R&D and Quality teams will review the formulation before proceeding with product development and manufacturing.

Note: The ingredient list can be disclosed, but the proprietary formula, ingredient percentages, and manufacturing know-how remain strictly confidential.

Guarantee: If our R&D team is unable to develop a formulation that meets the agreed specifications, the formula development fee will be refunded.

Yes. Every production batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA), confirming that the products have passed quality control according to our manufacturing standards.

Quality inspections include product appearance, color, odor, texture, pH, viscosity, microbiological testing, and other quality parameters required by applicable cosmetic regulations.

If a product defect is proven to be caused by the manufacturing process or raw materials supplied by COSMINA, customers may request a replacement or submit a product claim for evaluation.

Please Note:

Product claims do not cover damage caused by improper storage, transportation, handling, or other factors beyond COSMINA’s control. For example, product separation resulting from storage at inappropriate temperatures is not covered under our warranty.

A 50% deposit is required after the formula has been approved and the quotation has been confirmed.

The remaining balance must be paid 3–7 days before product delivery.

The quotation covers the agreed project scope.

If the project specifications, formulation, packaging, artwork, or other agreed requirements are changed after confirmation, additional charges may apply based on the actual costs incurred.
